My name is Ashley Manami Green (she/they), I am a 2D artist currently finishing my last year at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth with a BFA in Animation + Game Arts. 

I enjoy telling stories that draw from my own life and experiences, growing up in New England as a first generation American has filled me with a deep appreciation for my Japanese-American culture through food and a love for nature and wildlife that informs the art I make. 

I always want to showcase the beauty of life and nature as seen through my eyes, we all have our own experiences, but our pride in different cultures is beautiful and I hope my art conveys that message.

Though you can usually find me hunched over my iPad, I enjoy hiking and spending time identifying plants I find.
